When grieving....

Words cannot adequately express what the heart & soul experience while grieving. We do our best to articulate what our soul is sensing in real time & yet, the vocabulary of grief is finite in every language.
Here we are still feeling, experiencing and wondering what to do with the realities of change, transition, endings, beginnings, unveilings, etc. And we find a glimmer of hope - we will survive & thrive.
We hope for comfort... we hope for laughter... we hope for resolve... we hope for fond memories... we hope for our hearts to feel like one again or one for the first time. We hope our families & communities are united. We hope...through the season of grief.
We allow our tears to fall from our eyes.
We allow our grief experience to be our own.
We allow loved ones to commune with us.
We allow healing for ourselves and others.
I pray we experience fulfillment - felt after loss, grief and healing.
I pray we heal completely in our own unique ways.
I pray we appreciate life & life abundantly.
